Overview

The facade system of the Sympletree GSR, Dhaka is a Semi-unitized system. This project includes Continuous facade, floor-to-floor system, skylight, overhang facade, and steel structure.

Simpletree GSR is a premium residential landmark developed by Simpletree (Spacezero Ltd.), located in the high-prestige residential zone of Gulshan, Dhaka. Designed by the award-winning architect Mohammad Foyez Ullah (Volumezero Ltd.), the project embodies the "Living in a Garden" philosophy, merging brutalist structural honesty with lush, integrated greenery.

The building is a masterclass in modern tropical architecture, utilizing high-performance materials to create a sustainable, "breathable" luxury living environment.
