The design prioritizes open space and natural light, incorporating 25% green area within the plot—a rarity for dense urban commercial developments in Dhaka.

The interior common areas follow a "Nordic essence"—a minimalist, sophisticated aesthetic characterized by clean lines, luxury-grade furnishings, and grand double-height lobbies that establish an immediate sense of prestige for visitors and occupants alike.
