The building features a sophisticated building envelope designed to withstand the tropical climate of Dhaka while providing an iconic aesthetic along the Hatirjheel-facing skyline.

- Glazing: Double-glazed units (DGU) with low-emissivity (Low-E) coatings to ensure thermal comfort and energy efficiency.
- Engineering Focus: The structural analysis and design of the façade system prioritize safety against high wind loads and seamless integration with the building's reinforced concrete frame.
